Refund Policy
Last updated June 14, 2026
Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered. This policy explains the limited cases where we can cancel or refund an order, and how to ask.
1. Gift cards are non-refundable
Because a gift card is delivered instantly and can be redeemed straight away, all sales are final and non-refundableonce the card has been delivered or its code has been viewed or shared. By completing checkout you confirm you understand this. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under Jamaica’s consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
2. When we can cancel or refund
We can cancel and refund an order in these limited cases:
- the card has not yet been delivered and its code has not been viewed or shared;
- you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error;
- a technical fault meant the card was never issued or delivered; or
- we cancel the order ourselves, for example for suspected fraud or a mispriced card.
3. Unauthorised or fraudulent charges
If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, contact us immediately at support@handygifts.comand notify your bank. We will work with HandyPay to investigate. Refunds for confirmed unauthorised transactions are handled through your card issuer or HandyPay’s dispute process.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@handygifts.com with your order or gift ID and a short description of the problem within 14 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
5. Problems redeeming a card
If a merchant will not honour a valid card, contact us and we will help resolve it with the merchant and HandyPay. See the Gift Card Terms for redemption rules and the Terms of Use for general terms.
